FAQ´s

You can bring your reservation in printed or digital format.

The start point is located at the Placa de La Sort, where you can present your reservation to the driver or at the ticket office. If you start your journey at a point other than the start point (at one of the stops along the route), all you have to do is present your reservation to the driver.

The initial meeting point of the route is Plaza de la Unesco.

It is a single journey ticket which allows you to travel from the meeting point to the end of the route in a single journey. However, if you want to start your journey from another point with the single journey ticket, you can contact our Customer Services department to arrange this.

It is an unlimited travel ticket which allows you to travel from the start (or any other stop) to the end of the route in unlimited journeys for one day (24 HOURS) or for two days (48 hours).
